Unlike quote-based repair shops, every price behind this index is a published, fixed price — the same number any customer pays, including parts, labour and doorstep pickup and delivery across all 7 Emirates. That makes the averages below unusually clean: no haggling spread, no call-out fees, no survey bias. The index focuses on the six repairs UAE customers book most: screen replacements (OEM and high-quality aftermarket), battery replacements (both grades), charging-port repairs and water-damage treatment.
