Every repair we deliver is covered for 90 days — parts and workmanship, valid across all 7 Emirates. If the same fault returns, we fix it again for free.
What's covered
- The replacement part we fitted (screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, etc.)
- Workmanship — any fault caused by the repair itself
- Recurrence of the same fault we repaired
- Free doorstep pickup and delivery for warranty re-repairs, UAE-wide
What's not covered
- New physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, pressure damage)
- Liquid damage occurring after the repair
- Faults unrelated to the repair we performed
- Devices opened or repaired elsewhere after our repair
- Software issues, data loss or battery wear from normal use
How to make a warranty claim
- 1Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 554573286 or call +971 5545 73286 with your booking number (for example MG-2026-000123).
- 2Describe the fault — photos or a short video help us bring the right part on the first visit.
- 3We collect your device from your door, re-repair it and return it — free of charge, anywhere in the UAE.
